One specific characteristic of our dry-electric filter is the integrated coarse intercept chamber located in the exhaust gas entry zone which gets through the exhaust gas distribution chamber constant flown across the whole filter width.
In the coarse intercept chamber, as the name suggests, get the coarse flue dust intercepted and the fine flue dust gets transmitted via adjustment plates to the high-voltage fields.
Therefore it is possible to operate our dry-electric filter without Multizyklon. Also a difference in prices to our competition, that uses Multizyklon, can be avoided.
Another advantage of our plants is that the transaction-high voltage insulator are not located in the exhaust gas flow, because they are seeded in an apart chamber on the top of the filter and can be cleaned from the outside.
So failures of our plants through insulator-damages are be a thing of the past.
Moreover our unbalance motor on the hopper (dust bunker) is worth mentioning.
Through our unbalance motor we are able to form flatter tanks (lower installation height), because the vibration of the unbalance motor conveys the dust into the dust skrew conveyor.
