About us

We specialize in dust removal technology for biomass combustion plants and have been offering electrostatic precipitators in the 0.5–15 MW power range since 2003 and bag filters in the 1–12 MW power range since 2024

Ionitec has been manufacturing electrostatic precipitators for biomass combustion since 2003 and is always striving to ensure the satisfaction of its customers.

We supply a lot of well-known manufacturers of biomass combustion plants in whole of Europe and are continuously expanding our customer base. We currently have over 550 electrostatic precipitators in operation – some of them for more than 20 years.

Since 2024 we are also a manufacturer of bag filters for biomass combustion plants.

Locations & Production

Our headquarter is located in Salzburg. Since 2022, we have had an additional base at our production site in Wolfsberg.

Our products are Made in Austria: Most of our suppliers are based in Austria, while other partners are located in Germany, Italy, and Slovenia.

The whole production process – from assembly, conservation and isolation of our products, to loading for Europe-wide transport – takes place at our competent partner company LMS in Wolfsberg.

Thanks to our qualified staff, we produce products of the highest quality – a significant point to get satisfied customers.
